Each client is unique, so Rates are based on the nature and complexity of your project and the type of service required. If you would like a custom quote, please contact me. In most instances, Michael LeFan will quote you a "turnkey" price for your project. Quotes will be ready in 24 hours or less.
Hourly Rates for administrative assistance are available starting at $25; web design/maintenance at $35. Quality and timeliness is guaranteed.
Billable Hours
A Virtual Office Assistant from The Write Place maintains accurate records of billable time.
All work is charged at an hourly rate in 15-minute increments. Billable hours include physical meetings, phone calls, and my study or research pertaining to your project. Special projects may be negotiated. There is no minimum time commitment required; however, there is a one-hour minimum charge per invoice.
Terms & Conditions
Payment is due at the time you receive my invoice. Unless you arrange otherwise, invoices will be sent by e-mail. You may pay via credit card (through PayPal), your PayPal account, or check. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Michael LeFan. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee. (I am not set up to receive direct debit or credit card payments at this time).
Materials and supplies (postage, printing, packing materials, and other "out of pocket" expenses) are billed at actual cost.
